MINDFUL COACHING
Bring the zing back to your life in these confidential one-to-one mindful coaching sessions focused entirely on you, your life and your needs. Whatever you are facing right now whether that is depression, anxiety or stress, I can coach you in powerful mindfulness techniques to deal with your thoughts, feelings and emotions, help you relax deeply using relaxation techniques and/or reprogram your mind with hypnotherapy.

LIFE COACHING
I will help find the quickest path to a healthier, happier and more empowered you. Our one-to-one sessions will focus on your individual needs and concerns. Together we will find clarity on where you are and where you want to be. I will create an action plan, that is realistic yet achievable. My area of expertise is around health, nutrition, parenting and childbirth. Life Coaching is a very powerful tool in overcoming your obstacles and realising your true potential.

GONG THERAPY
I offer one to one gong therapy where I can work with you on a personal level to improve your well being and health. A gong bath is like a healing sound massage. As well as giving you an overall sense of ease, it can help release stuck mental or physical energy. During these sessions we discuss any concerns you may have and set a particular intention for the session. Intentions can be focused thoughts, feelings or visualisations which enhance the healing effectiveness of a gong bath.
